| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the the products to be procured : 26 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Sustainable Electronics Printing Prototyping System 1 set ⑶ Type of the procurement : purchase ⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : A The sustainable electronics printing prototyping system shall be equipped with both a roll-to-roll printing unit and a sheet-to-sheet printing unit. B The roll-to-roll printing unit shall be capable of forming patterns by screen printing while transporting a film substrate with a width of 300 mm, and shall include three drying/sintering process- es : drying, UV curing, and laser sintering. In addition, the unit shall be equipped with a surface treatment module, such as atmospheric-pressure plasma treatment, prior to screen printing. To support continuous printing, the screen printing method shall be of a rotary type. C The sheet-to-sheet printing unit shall be capable of forming patterns by screen printing while automatically conveying film substrates of A3 size or larger, and shall include UV curing and IR sintering modules for drying/sintering.
