⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not be subject to any item set forth in Article 6 of the Contract Regulations of Hanshin Expressway Company Limited.
② not be subject to suspension of transactions under the Hanshin Expressway Company Limited Guidelines for Suspension of Transactions (Detailed Rule No. 1 of 2023).
③ have submitted the following documents ⒜ to ⒟ at the time of submission of the application form and other documents.
⒜ a copy of the certificate of registered matters
⒝ business history
⒞ financial statements
⒟ a copy of the tax certificate
④ not be subject to suspension from participation in the tender by Hanshin Expressway Company Limited.
⑤ be able to demonstrate that they have past performance in work completed from April 2021 to the deadline for submission of applications and other required documents, covering all of the following items :
⒜ Inbound call center operations involving telephone inquiries.
⒝ Receipt and review of electronic data containing personal information for a government agency conducting procurement.
⑥ As a requirement for the protection of personal information, be able to demonstrate that they hold a Privacy Mark certification or an equivalent certification, which is valid as of the date of submission of the application for qualification to participate in the tendering procedures.
⑦ Details are as set forth in the tender documents.
⑺ Time limit for tender submission : August 7, 2026, 11 : 00 A.M. (Tenders submitted by mail must arrive by 5 : 00 P.M., August 6, 2026).
