| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hisashi Maruyama, Director of General Affairs, Shizuoka Prefectural Labor Bureau ⑵ Classification of services to be procured : 23 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : A complete set of fixtures for the Hamamatsu Public Employment Security Office. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the date of contract signing to December 28, 2026 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Hamamatsu Public Employment Security Office ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Curatorship or person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order on Budgets, the Settlement of Accounts and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B, or C in the Selling in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations related to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years, 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ For bidders subject to the following insurance system of each item, and it is not in arrears either of insurance premiums for the last two years of the bid submission deadline of this bid ; a : Welfare annuity insurance, b : Health insurance (the thing which association of national health insurance has jurisdiction over), c : Seamen's insurance, d : National pension, e : Worker's compensation insurance, f : Unemployment insurance ⑤ Be a person who is deemed not to state false Facts in the qualification screening application form or attached document. ⑥ Those persons recognized as not having an extreme decline in their operating circumstances or perceived trustworthiness, and who are able to appropriately execute contracts. ⑦ Do not receive the measures of the nomination stop from Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. ⑧ Within the past year, you have not received administrative punishment etc due to violation of law of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare. ⑨ Not having been referred to the public prosecutor's office for a violation of laws and regulations under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare within the past year, or not having been referred to the public prosecutor's office and having that fact made public. ⑩ Being a person who possesses other qualifications as determined by the officer in charge of expenditure commitments pursuant to the provisions of Article 73 of the Budget, Settlement of Accounts and Accounting Regulations. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 3 : 00 P.M. 31 July 2026 ⑻ Date and time of bid opening : 3 : 5 P.M. 31 July 2026 ⑼ Other : See the bidding instructions for details. ⑽ Contact point for the notice : Nobuyoshi Murai, Accounting Section 1, General Coordination Department, Shizuoka Labor Bureau, 9-50 Otemachi Aoi-ku Shizuoka-City 420-8639 Japan.
