| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KANEKO Nobuhisa, Director-General, Chugoku District Transport and Tourism Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Lease and maintenance of the digital multifunction copiers, 37 sets. ⑷ Fulfillment period : (Lease) From 1 October, 2026 through 30 September, 2030 (Maintenance) From 1 October, 2026 through 31 March, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall. ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order on Budgets, the Settlement of accounts, and Accounting.
