⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 7 and 8 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for FFPRI.
② have Grade A, B, or C in "Sales of products" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Forestry and Forest Products Research Institute or (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) by the Kanto Koshinetsu Area, in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026 and 2027.
③ have permission to be a registration at an electricity retailer in accordance with Electricity Business Ast Chapter2 Section1 Subsection1 Article 2-2.
④ meet conditions written in the tendering procedure instructions regarding the CO emission coefficient, new application of the unutilized energy, introduction of the renewable energy, and match of dissemination concerning energy saving and power saving to customer.
⑤ not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑺ Time limit for proposal and certification required : 16 : 00 23 July 2026
