② Including recomissioned company, not come under the category of anti-social forces defined by Article 2 of the Regulations for Corresponding to Anti-Social Forces by Organization for Small&Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation, JAPAN (Regulation 22, Item 37).
③ Have Grade A or B in terms of a unified qualification for all ministries and government offices for FY 2025, 2026 and 2027, "Provision of service : Surveys and research", "Provision of service : Information literacy", "Provision of service : Development of software"
