| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SUGAHARA Kiyoyuki, Director of the Financial Affairs Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Gas supply for Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : From September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : Ministry of Foreign Affairs. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ②not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; ③have Grade A, B or C "sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ; ④have registration of a "Gas Retailer Business" on the Gas Business Act ; ⑤be a person who took a grant of a tender manual ; ⑥be satisfied with the qualification requirements which Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and any ministry or agency. ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 noon July 21, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : YAMA- MOTO Yosuke, Financial Affairs Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Foreign Affairs 2-2-1 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8919 Japan.
