| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Omine Takashi, Obligating officer Director of Utsunomiya District Legal Affairs Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the services to be required : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Computerization of the closed land registry book 1 set. ⑷ Delivery period : The passage of specification. ⑸ Delivery place : The place will be specified later. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
