| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of the contract of the procuring entity : MORISHIMA Kiyoji, Director General of Kanazawa Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 77 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : A Rental contract for Temporary LED display Panel (1351 Panel-month) ⑷ Lease period : From the day following the conteact execution date until May 31 2028 ⑸ Delivery place : ① Kanazawa-Nishi Inter Change, Kaminomachihigashi, KanazawaCity, Ishikawa Prefecture, Japan ② Tsuga Inter Change, Igawa, Tsuruga City, Fukui Prefecture, Japan ③ Obama Inter Change, Fuchu, Obama City, Fukui Prefecture, Japan ④ Fukui-Kita Inter Change, Genshoujimacho, Fukui City, Fukui Prefecture, Japan ⑤ Hikone Inter Change, Haramachi, Hikone City Shiga Prefecture, Japan ⑥ Hashima Road Office Central Nippon Highway Engineering Nagoya Company Limited, Funabashicho, Hashima City, Gifu Preceture, Japan ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company's regulation concerning the contract procedures ② The bidder must have delivery records of 50 or more temporary LED display panels within a single month since Fiscal Year 2016 (within the past 10 years) and be able to submit the following documents : ・A certificate proving delivery records of temporary LED display panels, a copy of the contract under which the delivery records can be confirmed, or documents proving that delivery has been completed 1) "Temporary LED display panels" refer to outdoor-use, high-brightness LED-based information display devices that are installed at construction sites or roadside locations and are movable and reusable 2) Delivery records shall be accepted regardless of the contract type, including sales, lease, or rental 3) "Within a single month" does not have to be limited to a single project or contract ③ Have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification ・Application Form for Confirmation of Eligibility to Participate in Competitive Bidding (Form 1) ・Record of Delivery Experience for Temporary LED Display Panels (Form 2) ・Copy of the Commercial Register (Certificate of Registered Matters) ・Most recent financial statements (Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit and Loss, Statement of Changes in Equity, and Notes) ・Copy of a tax payment certificate issued within the past three months (Any one of Form No.3, Form No.3-2, or Form No.3-3) ・Document describing the company's background and business history ④ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status after the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification ⑤ Not have capital relationship and personal relationship with other bidders ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. on July 3, 2026 (Tenders submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M. on July 3, 2026) ⑻ The language used for application and inquiry shall be Japanese ⑼ Contact point for tender documentation : Contract Division,General Affairs and Corporate Strategy Department, Kanazawa Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited. 170, Kaminomachihigashi, Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture, 920-0365, Japan.
