② Have Grade A, B, C or D in "Manufacture of product" or "sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by every ministry and agency in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
③ Not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
