| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Mitsuru Sanada, Director, National Hospital Organization Shigaraki National Hospital ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 2 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Heavy oil A JIS Class 1 No.2 40㎘ ⑷ Fulfillment period : From July 1, 2026 to September 30, 2026 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Shigaraki National Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO).
