⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Procurement of book sampling and text data entry services for the development of the 2021-2024 book corpus, 1 set.

⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 5 and 6 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institutes for the Humanities Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② have the Grade A, B or C qualification during FY2025-FY2027 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in "Provision of services" for participating in tenders by single qualification for every ministry and agency,
③ meet the qualification requirements which Director General National Institutes for the Humanities may specify in accordance with Article 7 of the Regulation,
④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, Inter-University Research Institute Corporation, National Institutes for the Humanities.
