| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SASAKI Wataru, Commander, the 8th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ①②③ Fuel Oil A, Quantity 680,000L ⑷ Delivery date : ① From 1, July, 2026 through 30, September, 2026 ② From 1, October, 2026 through 31, December, 2026 ③ From 1, January, 2027 through 31, March, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : ①②③ Turuga Port basement tank ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures ; Supplier eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ; (ⅰ) not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause : (ⅱ) not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting : (ⅲ) have Grade A, B, C or D of "Selling" in Toukai Hokuriku, Kinki or Chugoku area in terms of the qualifications for participatingin the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2025・2026・2027 : (ⅳ) have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Petroleum Stockpiling Law (Law No. 55 of 2001), to initiate business of selling Petroleum Products. (ⅴ) The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
