| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Katsuo Yokoyama, President of the IAI, Civil Aviation College. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Aviation gasoline 522,400 L ⑷ Delivery period : From July 1, 2026 to March 31, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : Sendai Airport ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligiblefor participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not falling under the provisions of Article 28 of the Contract Handling Regulations of the Independent Administrative Institution Civil Aviation College. It should be noted that minors, persons under guardianship or assistance, who have obtained the necessary consent for contract conclusion, may be considered to fall under the provisions of the same article if there are special reasons. ② Having been rated as "A, B, C, or D" grade in the "Sale of Goods" or "Manufacturing of Goods" category of the Qualification Examination Results Notification for Fiscal Years 2025, 2026 and 2027 (Unified Qualification for All Ministries and Agencies). ③ Not subject to suspension of nomination based on the Guidelines for Suspension of Nomination, etc., for Construction Contracting under the Jurisdiction of the Independent Administrative Institution Civil Aviation College (September 1, 2003, Aviation Association No.147) or the Guidelines for Suspension of Nomination, etc., for Construction Contracting under the Jurisdiction of the Aviation Bureau (June 28, 1984, Aviation and Economics No.386) from the time of submission of the competition participation eligibility confirmation application until the opening of bids. ④ Not being subject to exclusion requests from the police authorities as an individual or entity where organized crime members substantially control management or are considered equivalent, in connection with public works and other matters under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport, and Tourism, and such a condition is not ongoing. ⑤ Meeting the requirements established by the President of the IAI, Civil Aviation College regarding refueling procedures and quality management. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M.
