| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Mitsuru Sanada, Director, National Hospital Organization Shigaraki Hospital ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be required : Electricity of public office building (6,600V) contract : 1,483,288kWh ⑷ Fulfillment period : From October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Shigaraki Hospital ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization(NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtainedthe consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kinki Region ; ④ have permission to be a general electric enterprise in accordance with article 2, section 2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law ; ⑤ prove that they can deliver the electricity, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirementswhich the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M.
