⑹ Qualifications for participation in the tendering procedures : Only parties that fulfill all of the following qualifications are eligible for participating in the proposed tender :
① Parties that do not come under Articles 3 and 4 of the Regulations concerning Contracts with the Northern Territories Issue Association, provided, however, that minors, warrantees, and wards that have obtained the necessary approval for concluding a contract shall come under "cases of special reasons" provided Article 3
② Parties that meet the qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027 with Grade A, B or C for "Provision of Services, etc. (Advertisement)"
③ Not be suspended from transaction by the request of the officials in charge of contract
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM, 12, June, 2026 (In the case of the registered mail until 5 : 00 PM, 11, June, 2026)
