⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 3 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Institutes of Natural Sciences Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
B have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2026 in the Tokai・Hokuriku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Singlequalification for every ministry and agency,
C Be registered as a electricity retailer inaccordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act about a and b of ⑶, and be registered as a gas retailer in accordance with registered Article 3 of the Gas Business Act about c of ⑶,
D Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender manual that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO,
E meet the qualification requirements which President, Inter-University Research Institute Corporation National Institutes of Natural Sciences may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation,
F not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by President, Inter-University Research Institute Corporation National Institutes of Natural Sciences.
