| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Masaru Motozawa Chief Director, General Affairs Department of the Incorporated Administrative Agency Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be purchased : Lease and maintenance of multifunction devices, 10 sets. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From October 1, 2026 through September 30, 2031. ⑸ Fulfillment place : As shown in the tender specifications. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 8 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for Incorporated Administrative Agency Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 9 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Contract for Incorporated Administrative Agency Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center. ③ Have the Grade A, B, C or D in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders for "provision of services" of the Industrial Classification by Incorporated Administrative Agency Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center or have the grade of competition participation qualification for every ministry and agency for the fiscal year, 2025, 2026 and 2027 ④ Satisfy the requirements stated in the tender specifications. ⑤ Not being suspended from transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM August 3, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Property and Maintenance Division, General Affairs Department, Incorporated Administrative Agency Food and Agricultural Materials Inspection Center Saitama Shintoshin National Government Building Kensato BLDG. 2-1, Shintoshin, Chuo-ku, Saitama-shi Saitama 330-9731 JAPAN.
