⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
1)not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
2)have Grade A, B, or C on "sale of product" in Kanto Koushinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2025/2026/2027
3)not be under suspension of nomination by Director General of National Institute for Land Infrastructure Management from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening.
4)The person who obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly
5)not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
6)The bidder must be able to reliably deliver the specified quantity of the relevant goods during the delivery period stated in this notice, and must provide evidence demonstrating compliance with the required quality standards and other relevant criteria.
