⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures ; Supplier eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ;
ⅰ )not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons with in the said clause :
ⅱ )not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting :
ⅲ )have Grade : A, B, C or D of "Selling" in Kinki or Shikoku area in terms of the qualifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years of 2025, 2026 and 2027.
ⅳ )have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Petroleum Stockpiling Law (Law No. 55 of 2001), to initiate business of selling Petroleum Products.
ⅴ )The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑺ Time limit for tender ; 17 : 00, 27, May, 2026
