| Summay of notice | ⑴ Classification of the products to be procured : 22, 31 ⑵ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Complete set of automated injection drug dispensing system. ⑶ Type of the procurement : Purchase ⑷ Scheduled implementation period : Third Quarter of Fiscal Year 2026 ⑸ Basic requirements of the procurement : ① It must be capable of integrating with our hospital's existing electronic medical record system and prescription dispensing support system to import the information required for preparing injectable medications. ② To safely and efficiently fulfill the Hospital Accreditation Organization's evaluation criterion of "preparation for each administration," the dispensing method for injectable medications shall utilize a traysegmentation system. Injectable medications and infusion labels shall be automatically loaded into the designated patient and tray compartments in Rp units. Additionally, injection orders shall be automatically loaded into each patient's tray without being separated. ③ The system must be capable of automatically dispensing injectable medicateons, including formulations in glass or plastic ampoules ranging from 1 ml to 20 ml, vials, and plastic bottles ranging from 50 ml to 100 ml. ④ To minimize the space required for installation, the injection dispensing system should consist of a single line. ⑤ In addition, you may submit any proposals or materials that would be useful to our clinic. ⑹ Time-limit for the submission of the requested material : 17 : 00 25, May, 2026 ⑺ Contact point for the notice : Procurement Section, Accounting Division, Okayama Rosai Hospital 1-10-25 Chikko Midori-machi, Minami-ku Okayama-shi, Okayama-ken, 702-8055 Japan TEL 086-262-0131 |
