A Not come under clause 1 Article 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contact for National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
B Not come under clause 2 Article 4 of the Regulation concerning the Contact for National Research Institute for Earth Science and Disaster Resilience.
C①④ have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2025・2026・2027 in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency.
②③ have the Grade A, Grade B, Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2025・2026・2027 in manufacture of product or offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency.
D Not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the Obligating Officer.
