| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : OSHIMA Yoshito, President, National Institute for Environmental Studies (NIES) ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Operation of the TANSO 3 Mission Operation System ⑷ Fulfillment period : As described in the specification ⑸ Fulfillment place : As described in the specification ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① are classified as Grade A or B "offer of services" (Information processing) in terms of the qualifications for participating in tenders by Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ② not come under Article 5 of Detailed Rules concerning the Contract for NIES.
