⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : A network service dedicated to the information exchange of The Social Security and Tax Number System. 1 set

⑸ Fulfillment place : as in the tender documentation
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ have the Grade A or B in terms of the qualification for Participating intender of the "offer of services" by Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto･Koushin'etsu area in the fiscal year, 2025, 2026, 2027.
④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President.
⑤ "Law about prevention of an unfair act by a gangster" be not the mobster and the member, the associate member or the person concerned going to be prescriptive in.
⑥ The contractor shall be a telecommunications carrier as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 5 of the Telecommunications Business Act.
⑦ The contractor shall have a track record of five or more cases within the past five years of providing communication lines between data centers where government agency systems are installed and government agency offices.
