| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Yuki Fumihiko, President and Chief Executive Officer of East Nippon Expressway Company Limited ⑵ Classifications of the products to be procured : 14 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Business of providing "output services" : as given in the Quantity Table. ⑷ Period of Performance : As specified in the specifications ⑸ Place of Performance : As specified in the specifications ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who come under the following items at the time of the examination criteria date, with the examination criteria date set as the due date of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification required for the tender. In addition, suppliers who no longer come under the following items after the examination criteria date and up to the time of the decision being made on the successful supplier shall not be eligible to participate in the open tender : ① The supplier does not come under Article 6 of East Nippon Expressway Company Limited's regulation concerning the contract procedures (Regulation No.16 of 2005). ② A person who can provide evidence of having concluded, in or after fiscal year 2021 (Reiwa 3), a contract under which they installed more than 600 multifunction devices and continuously performed management, operational maintenance, and the supply of consumables (excluding paper) for a period of one year or longer. ③ A person who can provide evidence of having obtained certification for an Information Security Management System (ISMS) (ISO/IEC 27001). ④ Not to have been subject to transaction suspension measures imposed by East Nippon Expressway Company Limited during the period from the examination criteria date to the date of the decision on the bidder. ⑤ There shall have been no funding or personal relationships with those intending to participate in the bidding during the period from the examination criteria date to the date of the decision on the bidder. ⑺ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M.24 April 2026 ⑻ Time-limit for the submission of tender : 4 : 00 P.M.3 June 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Kikuchi Shinji Manager of Procurement & Contract Section, Accounting & Finance Department, General Affairs & Accounting Division, East Nippon Expressway Company Limited 3-3-2 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8979 Japan.
