| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hiroyuki Mano, President, National Cancer Center ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 7 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Rental of patient gowns, towels, etc. 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : From July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2029 ⑸ Delivery place : National Cancer Center Hospital East ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 6 of the Handling detailed rule of contract clerical work of National Cancer Center. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 7 of the Handling detailed rule of contract clerical work of National Cancer Center ; ③ have Grade A, B or C in "Provision of services" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Re-gion ; ④ join social insurance (welfare annuity insurance, health insurance, seamen's insurance, national pension, worker's compensation insurance, unemployment insurance) and pay the social insurance premiums and have no Delinquency in the past 2 years ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M.
