| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Taishi Yamamoto, Director-General, Development Construction Department, Okinawa General Bureau, Cabinet Office. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 15, 28 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be manufactured : R8 Manufacturing of Road Information System 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : 26 March, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② have Grade A or B or C or D on "manufacturing of products" or "selling of products" in Kyusyu-Okinawa Area in term of qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, and 2027. ③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General, Okinawa General Bureau, from Time-limit for submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening. ④ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Cabinet Office is continuing state concerned. ⑤ have proven to have actually manufactured or delivered the products concerned of the products with performance similar to that of the products concerned after 2010. ⑥ have proven to have prepared a system to provide after-sale service and maintenance for the products concerned. ⑺ Time limit for submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification : 12 : 00 9 April, 2026 ⑻ Time limit for tender : 12 : 00 27 May, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Contract Section, Administration Division, Development Construction Department, Okinawa General Bureau, 2-1-1 Omoromachi, Naha city, Okinawa prefecture, 900-0006 Japan, TEL 098-866-0031 (ex. 2526, 2527) |
