⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 6 and 7 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Archives of Japan Furthermore, Minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause,
② have the Grade A, B, C or D qualification during fiscal 2025・2026・2027 in the Kanto・Koshinetsu area in offer of services for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
③ meet the qualification requirements which the President, National Archives of Japan may specify.
④ receive the tender documentation.
