| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Nozaki Kazuhiko, Director, National Hospital Organization Higashi-ohmi General Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 23 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Hospital curtain lease, complete set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From August 1, 2026 through July 31, 2033 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Higashi-ohmi General Medical Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① have Grade A, B or C in "Offer Services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kinki Region ; ② not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO). Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ③ not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for NHO ; ④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 4 of the Regulation ; ⑤ Provide evidence that a system for prompt after-sales service and maintenance for the leased equipment is in pl- ace ; ⑥ have a track record of providing curtain and blind leasing services to hospital facilities with 300 beds or more within the past five years ; ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 May 11, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Procurement section Chief, Accounting Divisoin, National Hospital Organization Higashi-Ohmi General Medical Center, 255 Gochi-chou Higashiomi-shi Shiga-ken. 527-8505, Japan TEL 0748-22-3030 |
