⑹ Qualification for participation : Suppliers eligible for participation are those who shall :
① not come under Article 3 of the Public Announcement on the Qualifications for participating in the Tendering Procedures by JOGMEC
② have Grade A or B or C or D on "Sales of goods" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders (single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025,2026 and 2027.
