⑷ Basic requirements of the procurement : These computational resources shall include a deep learning computing system, a control system, a high-speed, highly reliable storage system, and a high-speed network
① The deep learning computing system shall consist of 8 to 20 computing nodes, and each computing node shall be equipped with at least 2CPUs and at least 8GPGPUs
② Each GPGPU in each computing node of the deep learning computing system shall have at least 141GB of ECC-enabled memory, at least 4.8TB/s of memory bandwidth, and at least 900GB/s of bi-directional GPU interconnect bandwidth
③ Theoretical computational performance of a single GPGPU shall be at least 67 TFLOPS in single-precision floating-point operations
④ Each computing node of the deep learning computing system shall have at least 1TB of main memory
⑤ The control system shall consist of one or more control servers and shall provide the functions necessary to manage the entire system, including login nodes and batch processing servers
⑥ The high-speed, high-reliability storage system shall provide an effective capacity of at least 1PiB, support a high-speed, high-reliability parallel file system, and be accessible at high speed from all servers
⑦ The high-speed network shall provide a bandwidth of at least 10Gbps and connect all servers and storage systems
⑧ The operating system shall be UNIX-compliant, and the deep learning computing system shall support batch processing
⑨ The deep learning computing system shall support programming languages such as FORTRAN, C, and C++, a parallel programming environment such as MPI, development tools, and various deep learning frameworks. The system shall also be programmable using common development tools such as CUDA
⑩ The system shall include hardware and software maintenance support, optimization support for existing programs, and development support for other software
