| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hiroshi Kawabata, Director, National Hospital Organization Kyoto Medical Center ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Facility Cleaning service 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From June 1, 2026 to May 31, 2029 ⑸ Fulfillment place : National Hospital Organization Kyoto Medical Center ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 5 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Hospital Organization (NHO).
