A not come under Article 6 and 7 of the Regulation concerning the Contract for National Cancer Center Research,
B have Grade A, B, C or D in "Offer of service" in tenders by Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetsu Region,
C prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after-sale service and maintenance for the procured products,
