⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② have Grade A, B, C or D in terms of the qualification in the categories of "offer of services" (Surveys and Research) for participating in tenders by Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 :
③ are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract.
④ meet the business contract conditions.
⑤ pledge to excluding crime syndicates and other illegal organization defined in the tender manual.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00, 30 March 2026.
