| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Masami Nishihira Director-General of Higashi-Nihon Immigration Center. ⑵ Classification of the services to be provided : 308. ⑶ Specifications of the services to be provided : X-ray Equipment Lease Contract 1 set, as specified in the Tender Manual and the Specifications. ⑷ Delivery period : 30 September 2026. ⑸ Delivery place : Place designated by Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have the Grade B or higher in "Provision of Services (Lease)" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kanto・Koshinetsu region related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year of 2025, 2026, 2027. ④ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00 23 March 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Yasuhiro Arai Accounting Section, Higashi-Nihon Immigration Center, Ministry of Justice, 1766-1 Kuno-Cho Ushiku City Ibaraki Pref 300-1288 Japan.
