| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the Procuring entity : Yoichi Nomoto, Warden of the Kagoshima prison ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Kagoshima Prison and other high-voltage power supply contract ⑷ Delivery period : From the day of the meter reading in April of Reiwa 8 to the day before the meter reading in April of Reiwa 9 ⑸ Delivery place : Place designated by Warden of the Kagoshima prison ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A in "Sale of product" in Kyusyu area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, 2027. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⑺ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00 23 March 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Supply section, Kagoshima prison 1733, Nakatsugawa, Yuusui-cho, Aira-gun, Kagoshima Ken, 899-6193 Japan, TEL : 0995-75-2025. |
