⑹ Qualification for participation : Suppliers eligible for participation are those who shall :
① not come under Article 3 of the Public Announcement on the Qualifications for participating in the Tendering Procedures by JOGMEC.
② Applicants must be qualified to participate in competitive bidding, having been given a grade of A, B or C for "Provision of Services, etc." in the unified qualifications of all ministries and agencies for fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. In the case of a foreign corporation without a registered branch office in Japan, verification of the above competitive bidding qualification may be replaced by the disclosure to JOGMEC of documents, such as financial statements, that demonstrate the applicant's financial capacity to perform and guarantee the services concerned.
