| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SUDA Wataru, Counsellor (Accounting), Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Purchase of Salesforce Licenses for FY 2026, 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : 1 April, 2026 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade "A", "B" or "C" in terms of qualification "Sale of product" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the Fiscal Year 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ prove to have the ability to delivery appointed the time and the place specified by the Obligating Officer for the procured products. ⑤ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑥ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑺ Time limit for submission of certificates : 11 : 00 A.M., 25 February, 2026 ⑻ Time limit for tender : 11 : 00 A.M., 4 March, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Procurement Section of Budget Division Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, 1-2-1 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku Tokyo 100-8950 Japan.
