| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Tsuyoshi Iwashita in charge of Finance of Osaka Prefectural Police Headquarters. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 24 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Unit-price contract of consumption articles for DNA typing. ⑷ The term of Contract : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tenderdocumentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in thetendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who : ① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under Assistance who obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade A, B or C "Manufacture of product" or " Sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026, 2027. ④ Are not being suspended from transactions by request from the officials in charge of contract. ⑤ Not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or person who has exclusion request from Japanese government is continuing state concerned. ⑥ Are not excluded from participating in the bidding based on the Outline of the Measures for Expulsion of Boryokudan from Public Works in Osaka Prefecture, Osaka Prefectural Ordinance of Expulsion of Boryokudan from Public Works, or do not fall under the category stipulated in the Appendix of the said Outline. ⑦ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ⑺ Delivery limit for an explanatory book-let : 17 : 00, 23, March, 2026 ⑻ Deadline for accepting Tender : 17 : 00, 23, March, 2026 ⑼ Time, Date and place of opening bids : 14 : 00, 24, March, 2026 Bidding office of Osaka Prefectural Police Headquarters ⑽ Contact point for the notice : Finance Section, General Affairs Department, Osaka Prefectural Police Headquarters, 3-1-11 Otemae Chuo-ku Osaka-shi OSAKA 540-8540 JAPAN.
