③ Have Grade B, C or D on "sale of product" (business items : paper and processed paper products) in the Kyushu/Okinawa region, in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
④ Join social insurance (welfare annuity insurance, health insurance, seamen's insurance, national pension, worker's compensation insurance, unemployment insurance) and pay the social insurance premiums and have no Delinquency in the past 2 years.
⑤ A Person who is deemed not to describe any false facts in the request for examination of qualification and its accompanying documents.
⑥ A person whose business situation or trustworthiness is deemed not to have significantly deteriorated and whose proper performance of a contract can be guaranteed.
⑦ The applicant must not have conducted business in violation of the provisions of the Commercial Code or other laws and regulations.
⑧ The applicant must not be under the period of suspension of nomination by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
⑨ The applicant must not have received any administrative punishment within the past year for violating the laws and regulations under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare.
⑩ A system must be in place to enable prompt after-sales service and maintenance for said procured items, etc, on the same day, and the person must be able to deliver at the date, time, and location designated by offical in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity.
