| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : IINO Shingo, Director of the Coordination Division, Nagasaki Customs. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2 ⑶ Nature and prearranged quantity of the products to be purchased : Light Oil (JIS K2204) For Patrol boats. Quantity : ⒜ For Nagasaki port : 191KL ⒝ For Yatsushiro port : 84KL ⒞ For Kagoshima port : 512KL ⒟ For Naze port : 40KL ⑷ Delivery period : From 1, April, 2026 through 31, March, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : As in the tender documentation ⑹ Delivery type : As in the tender documentation ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under conservatorship or persons under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade ⒜ For Nagasaki port : A, B or C ⒝ For Yatsushiro port : B, C or D ⒞ For Kagoshima port : A or B ⒟ For Naze port : B, C or D 'selling' (fuels) in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by organizations in Kyusyu-Okinawa area related to the Ministry of Finance in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
