| Summay of notice | ⑴ The same with the Notice above (No. 1) ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : UI/UX Standards Development for Budget Information Systems, 1 set. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the date when contract is concluded through September 30, 2026 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① The same with the Notice above (No. 1) ② The same with the Notice above (No. 1) ③ Have Grade A, B, C or D in the services in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kanto・Koushinetsu area related to the Ministry of Finance (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ The same with the Notice above (No. 1) ⑤ The same with the Notice above (No. 1) ⑥ Submit a document of a system to prove their ability to supply the system concerned and meet our requirements in order to be judged acceptable by the contracting entity ; and provide explanations on the contents of the above document by request. ⑺ Date and time for tender explanation meeting : 2 : 00 p.m. February 6, 2026 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00 p.m. March 24, 2026 ⑼ The same with the Notice above (No. 1) |
