| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SUGAHARA Kiyoyuki, Director of the Financial Affairs Division, Minister's Secretariat, Ministry of Foreign Affairs. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 87 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Assistance on study and support related to the office reform of Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 1 set. ⑷ Fulfillment period : March 31, 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : The place will be specified late. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
