| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : YAMAKAWA Satoshi, Obligating Officer, Director General of Saitama District Legal Affairs Bureau ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Toner cartridges and some supplies for Epson printers 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : From a contract day through 31 March, 2027. ⑸ Delivery place : Refer to the tender explanation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A, B or C "sale of product" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in the Kanto-Koushinetsu area related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 17 March, 2026. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : NAKA- SONE Ayaka, Procurement Section, Finance Division, Saitama District Legal Affairs Bureau, 5-12-1 Shimoochiai, Chuo-ku, Saitama City, Saitama Pref 338-8513 Japan.
