① meet the qualification requirements which The Officer for Contractual Affairs, Executive (Finance and General Affairs), Hiroshima University may specify in The explanatory note about this tender,
②A have the Grade A, Grade B or Grade C qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Chugoku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
B have the Grade A, Grade B Grade C or Grade D qualification during fiscal 2025 in the Chugoku area in sales of product for participating in tenders by Single qualification for every ministry and agency,
③ prove to have the ability to deliver the products, required by this notice, on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer,
④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by The Officer for Contractual Affairs, Executive (Finance and General Affairs), Hiroshima University.
