| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Shiromoto Masaaki, Director, Administration Department, National Sanatorium Okinawa-Airakuen ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : [FUEL Oil] (JIS (K2205-1991) Class1, No. 2) 168,000ℓ ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : National Sanatorium Okinawa-Airakuen ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning The Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; ③ Have Grade "A", "B" or "C" in "Sales of products" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kyushu-Okinawa Region in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027 ; ④ prove to have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Oil Industry Law, to initiate business of selling petroleum products ; ⑤ Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract ; ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 12 March 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Kodama, Accounts Division, National Sanatorium Okinawa-Airakuen, 1192 Sumuide Nago-city Okinawa Japan 905-1635, TEL 0980-52-8331 Email : kodama-hanako.vv8@mhlw.go.jp |
