| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KOJIMA Yoshikazu, Director General of Hokkaido District Agriculture Office. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Toner cartridges and related items for printer in the fiscal year 2026 1 set. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 April, 2026 to 31 March, 2027 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under conservatorship or person under assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons stipulated in the said article. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have the Grade "A", "B", "C" or "D" in terms of qualification "Sale of product" at Hokkaido area for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑤ prove not to be in a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑥ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electronic Bidding system. ⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificates : 5 : 00 P.M., 4 March, 2026 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 P.M., 18 March, 2026 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Accounting Section of Hokkaido District Agriculture Office, 6-2-22 Minami22jo Nishi Chuo-ku Sapporo City Hokkaido 064-8518 Japan.
