| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hiroshi Takeuchi, Chief Prosecutor of the Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 75 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Total cleaning services of Kudan Common Government Building 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2026 through 31 March 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Kudan Common Government Building ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order Concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Not that minors, persons under curatorship or persons under assistance who have obtained the consent necessary to conclude a contract may be applicable under the cases of special reasons within the said article. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc., from a Contract Officer, etc. ④Have Grade A or B "Offer of Services" in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders required by the Ministry of Justice (uniform qualification for every ministry and agency) in the Fiscal Years 2025, 2026, 2027 and meet the requirements for participating intenders within the Kanto-Koshinetsu region. ⑤Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 5 March 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Muraoka and Kobayashi, Supplies Section, Secretariat, Tokyo District Public Prosecutors Office, 1-1-1 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8903 Japan.
