| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : SAITO Yukihiro, warden of the Osaka Detention House ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 42 ⑶ Distinctive feature and quantity of the services to be required : Maintenance Service for Heat Source and Cold Source Equipment for FY 2026 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Osaka Detention House ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reason within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have the Grade A or B in the "offer of services" (the management and maintenance of building) in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④Suppliers who intend to put in a bid without above qualifications, registered on the list of qualified bidders, and considered to have the relevant grade. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 15 : 00 6 March 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Supply Section, Osaka Detention House, 1-2-5 Tomobuchi-cho, Miyakojima-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka, 534-8585 Japan.
