| Summay of notice | ⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Kazumitsu Yamagata, Warden of the Kanazawa Prison. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : A heavy oil liters. ⑷ Delivery period : Refer to the Tender explanation. ⑸ Delivery place : Refer to the Tender explanation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Persons under Conservatorship or Persons under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B in "Sale of product" in Tokai Hokuriku area in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders laid down by the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal years 2025, 2026 and 2027. ④Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑤Prove to have obtained the first class license for selling drugs in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 12 March, 2026 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Supply Section, Kanazawa Prison, 1 banchi Tagami town Kanazawa city Ishikawa Prefecture, 920-1182, Japan.
